This supervisor will not just be someone who supervises the work of others. This supervisor is also held responsible for coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between their employees and our upper management. We also weigh in the supervisor's ability to accomplishes department objectives. The ideal candidate will be a competent individual who will be able to guide and train employees.

- Assigning, delegating and monitoring work of employees; Resolving operations problems
- Gathering resources
- Implementing productivity standards/quotas and new procedures; Ensure production schedules and product qualities are met
- Maintaining reference manuals
- Lead production team; keeping yourself focused and your team
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing DIAMOND standards; adhering to legal regulations; adhering to safety protocol.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications.
- Proactive Not Reactive
- Ability to recognize problems quickly, assess the whole situation quickly, think on your feet. Ability to see an employee's strengths and weaknesses and helping them apply that knowledge at work.

Physical Demands:
- Regularly required to stand and walk. Occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Lifting up to 50 lbs. alone.
- The noise level in the work area is usually loud.

Other Duties:
- Attend and contribute to departmental meetings
- Train and assist other employees as needed
- Provides leadership and guidance to employees in the Production Department.
