General Purpose:

Diamond Billiard Products manufactures high-quality pool tables. We are constantly growing and needing employees. Our mill department begins the process of preparing
materials for the whole company.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, sub assemblies, tools, and materials.
- Positions parts and sub assemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment.
- Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish DIAMOND results.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Mark parts for identification.
- Assist when necessary to set up and operate variety of woodworking machines and use various hand tools.
- Reading blueprints or drawings of articles to be constructed or repaired.
- Assist in the plans and sequence of cutting or shaping operations to be performed.
- Able to follow outlines or dimensions of parts on lumber stock.
- Recognizes wood by color, grain, or texture.
- Use of hand tools, such as: planes, chisels, and wood files.
- Drill holes for insertion of screws or dowels by hand. Drive nails and other fasteners.
- Glue, assemble parts and assemble together.
- Use of clamps and any other devices that may be required.
- Sand and scrape surfaces for next operation.
- Install hardware, such as hinges, catches, and other fastening devices
- Will assist with repairing equipment and periodic preventive maintenance.


- Constant housekeeping to maintain neat and organized work spaces
- Following safety procedures DIAMOND has in place.
- Immediately report all operational concerns and potential safety hazards to management.
- Immediately report all injuries to operations management.

Physical Demands:

- Regularly required to stand and walk.
- Occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs. alone. Loading and unloading carts and dollies.
- The noise level in the work area is usually loud.
