Title: DSP Supervisor - Full-Time


The DSP Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Program Manager in supervising the direct service professionals. In addition, this position will assist with the functional operations and light administrative functions of the residential program and facility. These duties include monitoring of medication self-administration procedures, monthly quality assurance checks of maintenance, health and safety, and security of facilities assigned. Also, the DSP Supervisor is responsible for scheduling DSP staff to insure required coverage. Should absences or vacancies occur, the Supervisor will schedule coverage or provide coverage personally. In the case of position vacancies, the Supervisor will screen applicants in first phase of interview process, and report outcome of these interviews to the Program Manager.

Qualifications
The position requires a minimum of a high school diploma, or GED. Two years post-secondary education preferred. Two years prior experience in a treatment facility (or other specialized knowledge and experience) and at least one year supervisory experience required. Valid driver's license and good driving record required. Must have ability to meet people and be CPR certified, upon 30 days of employment.
