What was your favorite IU Southeast basketball memory?
My favorite basketball memory at IUS has to be the conference tournament run we went on this past season. In particular, my favorite memory and the one I reflect on the most was when we beat Rio Grande by one point in the RSC semifinals. Madi Woods and I just jumped into each other's arms and burst into tears of joy. We were just so happy to be moving on and finally made it to the conference tournament championship.
What is one piece of advice you want to give your younger teammates?
One piece of advice I would give to the Grenadiers following behind me is to leave everything you've got on the court every single day. There's going to be days you don't want to go to practice or go to lifting and conditioning, but one day when your career is over, those are the little things you will miss the most. Just live every day to the fullest and be the best you can possibly be. Not only in basketball and school, but in life.
What are your future plans?
I plan to commission as an officer in the Air Force and continue my military career part-time while pursuing my dream job. My future plans are to join the FBI, CIA, Secret Service, Interpol, or any other agency that deals with federal or international law enforcement.
