II. IMPROVE STUDENT RECRUITMENT, PERSISTENCE,

AND SUCCESS RATES

Initiative 1: Enrollment Management & Student Affairs will attract and retain a highly

motivated, well-prepared, and diverse student population.

Action Steps:

Support, enhance, and publicize the IU Southeast Honors Program through collaboration
