(ACES)
Turner comes
to IU Southeast
after nearly
six years at Spalding University in
Louisville. She held several positions
during her time at Spalding including
director of academic advising. She
earned a B.S. in Education from
IU Bloomington and a Master’s in
Education from Vanderbilt University.
Turner began at IU Southeast in
February. As director of ACES, she
reports to Assistant Vice Chancellor of
Academic Affairs Annette Wyandotte.

New Hires
IU Southeast would like to welcome the following directors to the University.
Patrick
Fawcett
,
registrar
Fawcett heads
to IU Southeast
after serving
as the registrar
at Ivy Tech
Community
College.
He was
previously the registrar at Spalding
University in Louisville and the dean
of Admission and Financial Aid at
Kentucky Wesleyan College. He earned
a B.A. in Philosophy from Kentucky
Wesleyan College and an M.A. in
Higher Education from the University
of Louisville. He began at IU Southeast
in April.
Amanda
Stonecipher
,
director of
Residence Life
and Housing
Stonecipher
joins the IU
Southeast staff
from Southern
Illinois
University
– Edwardsville where she was the
assistant director of Residence Life. She
had previously worked at the University
of Illinois at Chicago as the Resident
Director. Stonechipher earned a B.A. in
Sociology from DePaul University and
an M.A. in College Student Personnel
from Bowling Green State University
in Ohio. She began at IU Southeast in
April.
In addition, the University hired several new academic advisors as part of the advising
restructuring. For more on the advising changes, see page 7.
