IU Southeast Dining Services is a self-operated auxiliary that is honored to own and operate three locations on campus to serve our students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Subway is located in the Library building and the University Grounds Coffee Shop is located in University Center South across from the Bookstore, where we proudly serve Starbucks products.
Being self-operated units, we take great pride in hiring a student workforce to serve our campus community with the freshest products possible. Our student workers are here to work, live, and study while learning life skills such as time management, organization, customer service, multi-tasking, conflict resolution, and leadership skills that can all carry them through their life after college.
