Who can purchase a meal plan?
Meal plans are available to any person who has been admitted to and will be enrolled as a student on the IU Southeast campus.
What are the IU Southeast Food Services Locations?
UC Food Court and Papa John's located in the University Center, University Grounds Coffee Shop located in the University Center across from the Barnes and Noble Bookstore, and Subway located in the Library Building.
When are the IU Southeast Food Service locations open?

What are Gus Bucks?
Gus Bucks: used at any on- and off-campus vendors that accepts CrimsonCard. Food, apparel, books, gifts, laundry, vending, and other items can be purchased. Gus Bucks can be used at any location the CrimsonCard is accepted. In the case you have both a Meal Plan and Gus Bucks; the meal plan will be used first at any IU Southeast Food Services locations.
How do I find out my meal plan balance for the UDine 500?
Visit the CrimsonCard Management Site to check your balances. Be sure to check your balances often to ensure you use all your dollars.
What happens to any unused Meal Plan Dollars at the end of the semester?

Can I use my Meal Plan to feed others?
Yes, the Gus Bucks or Guest Meal Swipes (a part of the UDine Anytime) can be used for guests. Gus Bucks can be used anywhere CrimsonCard is accepted and Guest Meal Swipes can be used only at the UC Food Court. The Meal Plan owner must always be present when using Gus Bucks or Guest Meal Swipes on their CrimsonCard for others. In the case the CrimsonCard ID picture does not match the person presenting the CrimsonCard, the card will be confiscated and reported to IU Southeast Campus Police and the Office of Student Conduct.
Note: Standard Meal Swipes cannot be used for another guest under any circumstance.
How do I sign up for a Meal Plan?
Meal plans are available to any person who has been admitted to and will be enrolled as a student on the IU Southeast campus. Meal plans can be purchased through One or during the registration process. Fees will be posted to your Bursar account.
Will Financial Aid and/or Scholarships pay for my meal plan?
Most likely, yes. Please contact the Office of Student Financial Services to find out if your particular award covers your meal plan.
What if I lose my CrimsonCard?
If your CrimsonCard is ever lost or stolen, contact the CrimsonCard team at email@example.com to report your missing card.
How do I cancel my Meal Plan?
A student can make a request for a meal plan cancellation only through the Student Central Office. Only the meal plan holder can cancel a meal plan, no other person or department can cancel a meal plan or request to cancel a meal plan on the student’s behalf unless extenuating circumstances prohibit the meal plan holder from cancelling a plan.
How are cancellations handled?
There is a $15.00 processing fee for cancellations. The Unlimited Plan refund will be charged an automatic $300 and a weekly usage rate for the time remaining on the plan from the following Friday to the end of the current dining plan schedule.
The refund for the $500.00 Meal Plan will be based upon usage and a $15.00 processing fee.
No cancellations, adjustments, or proration of any meal plan will be made during the final three weeks of each semester.
