Building Maintenance Services

The maintenance team operates with a day and evening shift Monday – Thursday (Friday – day shift only) to maintain more than 600,000 square feet of conditioned space. The team also has a technician on call to cover any emergencies that might occur during non-office hours. The maintenance team can assist you with things such as

  • Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
  • Temperature control
  • Electrical issues
  • Plumbing issues
  • Appliance repair
  • Structural concerns/Cracked walls
  • Painting and carpentry
  • Leaks
  • Problems with doors and locks
  • Minor furniture repair
  • Insect and pest management services, this includes mice, snakes, wasps, etc.

Day-to-day activities of the team are directed by the work order process. Entering a work request as soon as a problem is discovered will help expedite the evaluation and repair process.
