Event and Fundraising Submission Process

Step 1: Fill out and submit the online Event Submission and Fundraising Form.

Note: If you are requesting funds from the Student Life Committee, please review the RSO Grant Guidelines before submitting the event.

Step 2: Submit the event to My Involvement

Note: All events must be submitted on my involvement for ICHIPS Approval

Step 3: Submit event to OMS

Note: All organizations that need ICHIPS approval must fill out this form in order to receive ICHIPS
