Sponsors/Tuition Reimbursement

You might also be eligible for tuition reimbursement through your employer. Your employer will have to become authorized as your sponsor through the IU Southeast Office of the Bursar.

Financial Aid

Graduate students are eligible for student loans. Here are some tips to help you get started.

  • A degree-seeking graduate student must file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) every year to apply for Stafford Loans.
  • Graduate students must also enroll in at least four credit hours to be eligible for Stafford Loans.
  • Graduate students are also eligible for federal unsubsidized student loans (up to $138,500) if they complete the FAFSA and are enrolled at the minimum part-time status.

Post-baccalaureate students are not eligible for financial aid, but may become eligible by enrolling in a degree-seeking program.
