Report an incident
If you feel you or someone else has violated policy or your rights as a student, please complete the following report. Filling out an incident report does not necessarily mean that someone will get into trouble or go through the Student Conduct process. Upon receiving a report, the Residence Life and Housing Office staff will respond as deemed appropriate.
Report a student concern
If you are concerned or know of a student in distress that needs our attention, please fill out the following report. Know that the form is one element of a safe and supportive campus community. Once we receive the form, we will work to provide the best support for the student.

Stay over winter break
Campus housing remains open during Thanksgiving and spring breaks. Continuing residents who are registered for the spring semester must register to stay over winter break. Residents must be in good financial and behavioral standing and register with the Office of Residence Life and Housing.
All non-emergency requests for maintenance in the residence halls should be submitted using the form below.
In case of an emergency, such as a breakdown of an essential service (plumbing, lighting, heating, lock, etc.) or a problem that threatens health and safety, it is important to report the problem quickly.
