In our residence halls you will find lodge-style living by the lake with all the comforts of home. More importantly, you will have countless opportunities to meet new people and develop lasting friendships while you are participating in the many social, educational and recreational activities on campus.

Each apartment has its own kitchen, living area, and bathroom as well as bedrooms and individual closets. All apartments offer spacious windows overlooking the campus’ landscaped grounds.

  • Apartments are fully carpeted, furnished, and provide controls for air and heat in each apartment
  • Apartments feature high-speed Internet access and cable TV
  • Each student is provided with a bed, mattress, dresser, closet, chair, and desk.
  • Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining chairs or counter stools, and living room furniture
  • You can preference a one, two, or four-bedroom apartments. Your housing cost will be determined by the type of apartment you choose. 

Great Room
Each of our lodges includes a central Great Room surrounded by private suites. The Great Room is the perfect place to watch local sporting events, the latest episode of your favorite television show, play your favorite video games, or hang out by the fireplace.

Cable Television
Basic cable TV is available in all of the residence hall bedrooms and living rooms. You must provide your own television with a QAM tuner and cable cords for your apartment.

High-Tech Lodges
All apartments and bedrooms are equipped with multiple data jacks to assure 24 hour access to the Internet. We are proud to offer a data connection for every bed, as well as one in each living area. Computer labs and study rooms are located in each hall. Computer labs include PCs as well as printing stations for students who bring their own laptops. All lodges offer wireless Internet access.

Laundry & Vending Machines
Laundry rooms, complete with multiple washers and dryers, are located in each residence hall. It costs $1.50 to wash and $1.00 to dry. Vending machines are also located in each hall as well as throughout campus. Students may purchase snacks, water, juice, and soda. Laundry facilities and vending machines allow you to pay with your U-Card. Money can be added to your U-Card by using the Cash to Card machines located in the University Center or online at the University Card website.

Accessibility
Every hall includes an accessible entrance and designated van-accessible parking spaces. Some first-floor apartments have been designed for wheelchair accessibility and are furnished and designed according to ADA requirements.

Housekeeping & Maintenance
The University Physical Plant Department provides maintenance and repair services throughout the residence halls. The cleanliness of the residence halls is important to all residents and staff. Residence Life and Housing custodians are responsible for the Great Room, common areas and laundry facilities in each hall. Residents are responsible for their own apartments and bedrooms.

Parking
Residents must purchase a campus parking permit. Be aware that limited parking is available; parking is not guaranteed. Guests who park on campus must purchase a temporary permit from one of three parking permit dispensers located at each campus entrance. See the campus map for more details.
