The festival, from 5-8 p.m., March 5, in the Hoosier Room, is the International Studies Department’s biggest event of the year and presents a versatile and diverse program of performers, cultures, and food to experience.

Donors aid IU Southeast students in taking their studies around the world

NEW ALBANY, IN, (Feb. 14, 2013) – Indiana University Southeast students interested in study abroad programs now have multiple scholarship opportunities available to help expland their global reach. International study is instrumental in stretching students’ horizons and encouraging a worldwide approach to education. IU Southeast now has several scholarships available to students looking to study overseas.

 

Wares of the World brings global goodies to IU Southeast

NEW ALBANY, IN, (Oct. 9, 2012) – The hunt for treasures from around the world begins at Indiana University Southeast during “Wares of the World – An International Bazaar.” Sponsored by IU Southeast’s International Programs, this event seeks to bring talented artisans from around the world to the Kentuckiana community on Oct. 10 and 11, 2012. Unique, handcrafted gifts and home décor will be available for purchase and displays will showcase various cultures. The marketplace will be held from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the Hoosier Room at IU Southeast.
