Self Defense

This program arms you with knowledge and a common-sense approach to make intelligent decisions to recognize and avoid dangerous situations as well as effective physical tactics to protect you or others around you.

Common scenarios will be covered in addition to any student specific requests over the course of the program. This program is for all adults regardless of physical capabilities or size and is taught in a fun and controlled manner. Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
