This is a fun form of Tai Chi using a special racket and ball to perform a Tai Chi form. The sport was invented in 1991 by Professor Bai Rong of Shanxi University in China. It was developed in the beginning as a warmup for ping pong, and has since taken on new life as a very popular sport on its own.
The form and moves are all beginner friendly and offer a fun and challenging exercise that builds coordination, rhythm, and stability.
We will break down all the pieces to the form and help commit it to memory for home practice. This is something fun to show and teach your family and friends.
