This class will work on a beautiful beginner Tai Chi Series. We will break down all the pieces to the form over the five weeks so that it is committed to memory for personal practice. We will also cover application of the form, and the traditional Tai Chi warmups, Qigong and Neigong.
Tai Chi is recognized worldwide as the best exercise to build and maintain stability, focus, and memory. It also takes very little time to practice and is a great component to the day for any lifelong learner.
