A five-session introductory course. East session will cover a different Yoga series. Each series will target usual issues such as: low back health, strength, breath control, joint coordination and flexibility, and focus. Lifelong Learning goals are complemented well by a healthy body and strong mental focus. Learning to incorporate yoga into your day can help maintain your ability to stay active and continue your learning journey.

Materials
The following materials need to be purchased prior to the first class and brought to each class:
- Yoga Mat
Please wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move and stretch in. No loose leg shorts or plunging necklines.
