No. You do not need to sign-up for New Student Orientation. Orientation is being delivered online via our 2021 New Student Orientation Canvas Course. Simply login to Canvas and complete the Getting Started at IU, Planning for Registration, and Learning to Register for Classes modules.

Our goal is to help you make the transition to IU Southeast as smooth as possible. Orientation provides you with information about academics, campus resources, services and support systems, and much more. We want you to be prepared for life at IU Southeast!

Yes! Please contact the Office of Admissions for available tour times.

Yes! You have two options to meet other new students and have fun: virtually or on-campus.

Each option lasts 1.5 - 2 hours. Orientation leaders will lead these meetups as well as Cayla Maurer, New Student Programs Coordinator.
