Strategic Plan Process
A bold vision for the future of IU
Indiana University President Pamela Whitten united the university in a strategic planning effort that sets a bold, seven-year vision for IU in its third century.
IU 2030 starts with a framework of ambitious goals and reflects IU’s determination to occupy the highest tier in American higher education.
IU Southeast engaged faculty, staff, students, and other key stakeholders in developing the IU Southeast Strategic Plan 2030, centered around three critical pillars: student success, impactful research, and service to our state and beyond.
Members and roles of committees
The IU Southeast 2030 Strategic Planning Committee is comprised of faculty, staff, and students, representing all schools and multiple units.
IU Southeast Strategic Executive Committee
The Executive Committee will be responsible for developing the sub-committee charges, overseeing the process, and drafting the IU Southeast Strategic Plan. They will accept recommendations from each of the sub-committees, synthesize and evaluate recommendations, and develop the final campus strategic plan including measurable objectives, action steps, and metrics that will be tracked over the plan’s seven-year period.
