Bachelor of Science - Multimedia Journalism Track
The Multimedia Journalism track is designed for students who are interested in pursuing careers that would use skills in multimedia storytelling. Those careers might include online, print or broadcast journalism; social media communication and marketing; advertising; public and media relations; non-fiction writing and narrative storytelling; photography, design, and visual communication; and others.
Our program's focus is on helping you become career-ready by emphasizing five core skills: communication, collaboration, critical thinking, creativity, and curiosity. You'll develop professional portfolios and experience while in college that will help you land jobs and internships.
All Bachelor’s degrees offered by IU Southeast requires a minimum of 120 credit hours and a minimum of 30 credit hours of upper-level coursework (300-level or above).
