Fees on the Road to Law School
Undergraduates should keep in mind the fees associated with the applicant process. As of 2016, the LSAT costs $175 per test and the Credential Assembly Service (CAS) costs $170. This service collects and distributes applicant materials to the law schools of interest and streamlines the process of uploading confidential letters of recommendation and evaluations on behalf of an applicant. In addition, students should anticipate some additional expenses associated with test prep materials or test prep courses in preparation for the LSAT.
