The Sociology Department offers the Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a traditional track. Students will have the opportunity to complete 30 credit hours in Sociology courses. Those courses will teach them to think sociologically, by applying the sociological theories and methods to social issues in the community, the nation, and the world.
All Bachelor’s degrees offered by IU Southeast requires a minimum of 120 credit hours and a minimum of 30 credit hours of upper-level coursework (300-level or above).
