Order your official transcript using our online/signature request system
Ordering transcripts using our online/signature request system is a two-step process.
- Provide your identifying information and transcript request details, and then review and edit your request before proceeding to payment options.
- Submit your authorization form. This is the most important step. Your signed authorization is required before we can issue your transcript. You must print the authorization form, sign it, and submit it by mail or by using our secure contact form before we can begin processing your request.
If you have a special form that needs to be attached to a transcript that is to be delivered via mail or FedEx, be sure to include the attachment with your signed authorization page.
