New Student Programs was created to help transition new students to the Indiana University Southeast Community. We offer a variety of services and support for any new student to the university.

Get Started!

Your first steps are outlined in the section called “Steps for All Students.” Click on the tab above to learn how to get started at IU Southeast.

Orientation is mandatory fun!

Orientation is a critical part of the new student process. The program provides you with information that is critical to your success at IU Southeast. You receive information about financial aid and billing, career development, information technology, campus resources, students’ rights and responsibilities, and ways that you can get involved on campus. We offer sessions for students who are admitted for the fall and spring semesters. To find out more information on orientation and/or to register for a session, visit our Orientation webpage.
