Reference Services
Reference Services at the IU Southeast Library are provided by seven full-time faculty librarians. Our services include:
- Individual online research assistance for students, faculty, and staff through chat, email, or videoconferencing, during reference service hours. Librarians will not be providing face-to-face in person services in Fall 2020. Check out our Contact Us page for more details on how to reach a librarian and when we are staffing the virtual reference desk.
- Individual research consultations, provided virtually by appointment, through Book A Librarian
- Collaboration with teaching faculty to provide instruction in information literacy. Contact Maria Accardi, Coordinator of Instruction and Reference, for more information, at maccardi@ius.edu. All information literacy library instruction will be provided online in Fall 2020.
